Parramatta. Report prior to new lease

Parramatta City Council has resolved that a report be prepared prior to any new lease being signed for the Meat and Wine Company restaurant, at 353 Church Street, Parramatta, with the report to include details on any sub-leasing in existence and the use of any increase in revenue as a result of the renovations to Riverside Theatres.
