Women's fashion retailer Noni B has delivered a 10-fold increase in full year profits, but is not confident that retail trading conditions will improve this year. The company delivered an increase in full year profits to $2.7 million in the year to June 30, 2012, up from the $231,000 made in the same period last year. While the retailer had managed to defy the broader retail industry gloom, it was not expecting any change in consumer confidence this year.
