Sydney Olympic Park. Stadium sold for $30m

The ANZ is expected to announce, today, the sale of ANZ Infrastructure Services, to a consortium led by AFL chairman, Mike Fitzpatrick. The consortium has bought control of ANZ Stadium, at Sydney Olympic Park, and other assets. The buyout is believed to be worth more than $30 million, according to The Australian.
