Merrylands. Go-ahead for shopping project
Stockland Holdings has won approval from Holroyd Council to build the final stages of its $390 million Merrylands shopping centre expansion. When completed, by the end of 2012, there will be over 200 specialty stores including nine external stores facing McFarlane Street, eight mini-majors, plus Big W, Kmart, Target, Coles, Woolworths and Franklins, over 3000 car spaces.
