Parramatta. Bid for feasibility study

Parramatta City Council is bidding for a federal government grant to fund a $1 million feasibility study of a three-stage, light-rail project estimated to cost $345 million. Western Sydney councils, state government agencies, peak bodies and local MPs are supporting the bid.
