Parramatta. No head for proposed rail link
The State Government has been unable to find a CEO to head the Sydney Metro Authority which would have the responsibility for the proposed $8.1 billion underground rail link between Sydney and Parramatta, and the CBD Metro. The Daily Telegraph says possible CEOs have declined the position because funding may not eventuate. The authority does not have any board members either.
