Sydney Olympic Park. Master plan forecast

The Sydney Olympic Park Draft Master Plan 2030 forecasts a daily residential population in 2030 of 14,000, a working population of 28,500 and 5000 students. Today the park is home to more than 60 businesses and 6000 workers, and in the past two years more than $276 million worth of projects have been approved, ranging from commercial buildings and hotels to a child care facility.
