Yennora. Property sold for $5.35 million

Stockland has bought a 20,850-square-metre vacant property on the corner of Byron and Military roads, Yennora, for $5.35 million. The property, adjacent to the group’s distribution centre, includes a 6728-square-metre building purpose built for the vendor, the Australian Wool Testing Authority.
