EOI for tourism attractions at SOP

The Sydney Olympic Park Authority has called for expressions of interest to establish tourism and leisure facilities and activities at Sydney Olympic Park. The park is a growing tourism and recreational destination which attracts more than 8.2 million visitors annually including 400,000. international tourists

UWS employs part-time 'sessional' staff

The University of Western Sydney (UWS) received hundreds of responses to the its call for expressions of interest from private-sector professionals to be employed as part-time "sessional" staff. Professor Robyn McGuiggan, dean of the UWS College of Business, said it was increasingly difficult to find staff in accounting, finance and law. UWS plans to have sessional staff on board by the first semester of 2008 which begins in March.
