Council's valuers chosen

BEM Property Consultants and Valuers Pty Ltd, BEM Carrapetta and Associates and Cushman & Wakefield Pty Ltd have been successful in being placed on Parramatta City Council’s panel of valuation providers. The unsuccessful tenders were: Access Valuations Pty Ltd, NSW Department of Lands, CB Richard Ellis Pty Ltd and Meadow Real Estate.
