Sydney Olympic Park. Quest apartments

Quest Serviced Apartments group is set to open its newest hotel at Sydney Olympic Park on October 29 as it fulfils its strategy to expand by at least 12 properties a year over the coming decade. “Quest targets growth corridors as well as areas with an expanding corporate presence. This applies to the new site at Sydney Olympic Park, which is surrounded by offices and business parks,” said Paul Constantinou, Quest founder.



Liverpool. EOI in council site

Liverpool City Council will call for expressions of interest, again, for the sale, lease or community use of its former administration building site, a 1 Hoxton Park Road, which was destroyed by fire. An earlier application did not provide an acceptable financial return.



Region. Government sells property

The NSW government will sell excess government holdings including two in Western Sydney: Vacant land in the Parramatta Justice Precinct and the government offices at 2-6 Station Street, in Penrith.
