Castle Hill. Company will appeal decision
Gloria Jean's, based at Castle Hill, has confirmed it will appeal a $12.3 million court-ordered bill for breaching a contract with US-based coffee supplier. Jireh International, the company behind Gloria Jean’s, said it was confident it would win the appeal and again lashed out at allegations aired in court it was insolvent. "Recent media reports claiming that Jireh Group is in ‘financial dire straits’ or ‘hopelessly insolvent’ are without foundation and are rejected," Jireh said in a statement.
