Penrith. $60 million office block opened
The new $60 million State Office Block, in the Penrith CBD and opposite the railway station, has been officially opened by the NSW Minister for Finance, Joe Tripodi. The Office of the Hawkesbury/Nepean River, Department of Community Services, Department of Fair Trading and the Sydney Catchment Authority are the first of other government agencies to move in.
