Norwest. PwC opens an office

PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Clients, which works with small to medium enterprises, including private businesses, family businesses, entrepreneurs and high net wealth individuals has opened an office in Norwest Business Park.

Eastern Creek. Goodman's largest deal

Goodman Group has struck its largest industrial deal in Australia this year, securing wholesale grocer, Metcash, based at Silverwater, for a new $130 million, 80,000-square-metre development, at Eastern Creek., which will be built over three stages, with completion due between October 2011 and May 2012. Metcash will consolidate five existing facilities into the development, according to The Australian Financial Review.

Villawood. Property sold for $775,000

Lamyong Vegetarian Health Food, at Guildford, which supplies 100 per cent pure vegetarian and vegan products, has bought an industrial property from Moside Pty Ltd, for $775,000. The Woodville Road property includes 623 square metres of space and represents $1243 per square metre. Frank Knight Parramatta negotiated the sale.

Seven Hills. North Rocks company to relocate

Australand Property Group, based at Rhodes, has commenced construction of a !0,600-square-metre warehouse and distribution facility, for RF Industries, at its M2 Business Hub, at Seven Hills. RF Industries, a developer, manufacturer and distributor of wireless technology and energy products, will relocate from North Rocks and join Sigma Pharameceuticals, Cabac and Rosella Foods at the hub. Australand has over 115,000 square metres of industrial buildings under development in Western Sydney, according to Ian Barter, GM, of industrial and commercial developments.
