Parramatta. Participation in a publicatioon

Parramatta City Council and the Centre for Social Impact (CSI), at the University of NSW are documenting stories of Australian social enterprises to be developed into a publication intended as a catalyst for change. Assistant Professor, Cheryl Kernot, CSI director, is leading the project, with Joanne McNeill, community capacity building officer, social enterprise, at council, as its co-ordinator. She is responsible for conducting interviews and co-authoring the publication. Professor Kernot said the publication would assist with increasing awareness and understanding of social enterprise activity in Australia and this would be beneficial for the field as a whole.
