Erskine Park. Approval granted

The China-based Bright Food Group has received final approval for its $530 million acquisition of food distributor, Manassen Foods, at Erskine Park. The company has plans to open a Sydney office to foster more acquisitions, according to The Australian Financial Review.

Gregory Hills. First in NSW

The first Masters Home Improvement store in NSW has opened in Gregory Hills, with a staff of 150, taking the chain’s total numbers in Australia to six. Masters is a joint venture between Woolworths and US home improvement retailer Lowe's. There are currently 16 stores under construction across Australia.
