Parramatta. On top after 'hard going'

A sign that the economy is on the mend – together with good management, customer service and marketing – is the success of the MBE Business Service Centre, in Parramatta, in an Australian and New Zealand company competition. Charles Batt, owner of the centre for nearly four years, in the Parramatta CBD, has won the 2009 Highest Sales Growth award beating other trans-Tasman centres. Mr Batt and his staff came out on top last year after finding 2007 and 2008 were “hard going” because of the economic crisis.
