Parramatta City Council believes the sale of its depots at Granville, Parramatta and Rydalmere will fund the acquisition, design and construction of a new operations centre. Council has approved the acquisition of a 3.2-hectare site, from Bunnings, at 316 Victoria Road, Rydalmere. Over 100 staff in Civic Place will be relocated by the end of 2014.
