Parramatta. Property worth $270 million

Parramatta City Council owns and maintains a broad range of built property assets and infrastructure to the value of $270 million throughout the local government area, according to council’s 2010/11 annual report.

Parramatta City Council reported in its 2008/09 annual report it conducted an assessment of all council-owned lands to determine redundant or underutilised sites, with the aim of increasing the value and opportunities for community use.
