Colliers International has appointed Anthony Mylott as director of valuation in its Sydney West office, in the Parramatta CBD.

Parramatta. Auction on DA approved tower

A 24-level apartment block designed by renowned architect, Robert Del Pizza, on the corner of O’Connell and Hunter streets, Parramatta, is to be auctioned. The building, on a 1477-square-metre site, has a DA approved for 108 apartments and 655 square metres of retail space.

Parramatta. Setting up of business partnership

Parramatta City Council will continue is high-level advocacy with the establishment of a Parramatta Business Partnership. Deloitte, the University of Western Sydney, the Millennium Institute, Westfield and the Western Sydney regional Organisation of Councils (WSROC) will be approached to become founding members. Council has allocated $155,000 to the project in 2012/13.
