Villawood. Fantastic Holdings buys Le Cornu

Fantastic Holdings, at Villawood, has bought a 95 per cent stake in White Label Investments, owner of Le Cornu Furniture, for $1.3 million. The purchase is expected to contribute profit of between $2 million and $3 million in fiscal 2009. Le Cornu Furniture was established in 1865 and has been operated by successive generations of the Adelaide-based Le Cornu family. The company has stores in Adelaide and Darwin.
