Parramatta. $22m student accommodation
UWS Vice-Chancellor, Professor Janice Reid, officially opened the $22 million, 343-bed student apartment complex, on the Parramatta campus, at Rydalmere. The complex was developed and is operated by student accommodation provider, Campus Living Villages, in partnership with UWS. Campus Living Villages, based in Sydney, specialises in residential communities for students and owns, operates or is developing approximately 50,000 beds at more than 50 universities in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States.
