Eastern Creek. $50 million plastics plant

Goodman Limited is proposing the construction and operation of a $50 million Coca-Cola Amatil plastics manufacturing facility, of 10,800 square metres, on a vacant site next to Coca-Cola’s distribution facility, which was constructed in 2005, at Eastern Creek. The facility will produce plastic bottles and caps.

Hoxton Park. Voluntary planning agreement

Goodman Property Services (Aust) Pty Ltd and BGAI 6 Pty Ltd have offered to enter into a voluntary planning agreement, in connection with project approval for the DHL Logistics Hub, at Oakdale Central, at Hoston Park
