Norwest. New project in business park

Baulkham Hills-based Capital Corporation, a leading property development and investment company has commenced a seven-level tower, with 11,000 square metres of office space, a showroom and 106 serviced apartments, to be managed by Toga Hospitality as the Medina Apartments Norwest. Eighty-five per cent of the office space is pre-leased.

Parramatta. Council buys property for $2.2m

Parramatta City Council has paid $2.2 million for a retail property in Guildford. The property, at 302 Railway Terrace, has a corner position close to Guildford railway station and is occupied by Foodworks, a supermarket group, and Hawkchar Pastries Café.

North-West. First major tender awarded

AECOM, the Australian arm of the New York Exchange-listed technical and management support services company, has won a major tender to provide design works for the $8 billion North-West Rail Link It is the first major tender in NSW’s biggest infrastructure project.
