Major education precinct at Westmead
The first stage of the Catholic Education Precinct, at Westmead, a primary school costing $25 million, is expected to commence in 2009, subject to council approval. Catherine McCauley Westmead and Parramatta Marist High will be incorporated in the state-of-the-art precinct but will continue to be independently administered. The proposed project will contain an out-of-school hours care service and trade-training centre.
