Super track at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse

The development of Rosehill and Randwick racecourses into super tracks such as Flemington and the merging of the STC and the AJC are among the ideas put forward by John Messara, owner of Arrowfield Stud, in the Hunter Valley, in his bid to become a member of the new board of Racing NSW.

Net face office rents in Parramatta

Parramatta’s average net face rent for offices ranged from $280 to $360 per square metre for A-Grade stock and $240 to $270 for B-Grade stock. A-Grade stock ranged from $275 to $330 at Norwest, $290 to $300 at North Ryde, $290 to $320 at SOP/Homebush Bay, and $295 to $320 at Rhodes. Parramatta’s A-Grade office vacancy rate was 2.9 per cent and that for B-Grade stock was 8.9 per cent. $650 million project at Norwest Business Park

A $650 million precinct of offices, retail and services apartments, totalling 300,000 square metres will be built at Norwest Business Park, by FKP Property Group and Mulpha Australia. Norwest has a workforce of more than 25,000 in some 800 businesses.
