Motel proposed at Oatlands House

Babindo Pty Ltd, has lodged an application with Parramatta City Council for tourist facilities development at Oatlands House, in Oatlands, with the addition of a function hall and the construction of a motel; estimated cost of development is $8 million. Council has also received from Khalsa Air Lines Pty Ltd, an application for a restaurant, at 104-108 Church Street, in the Chinatown precinct of the CBD. Mondo Xpress Pty Ltd proposes the change of use to “sex premises” of a former restaurant, at 236 Church Street, in the CBD.
