$100 million recycled sewage scheme

AquaNet Sydney is the NSW Government's preferred tenderer to design, build and operate a $100 million industrial recycled water scheme. Construction of the recycled water plant at Fairfield will commence in late 2008 with 4.3 billion litres of "treated water" annually available from the end of 2010 or early 2011 to industrial and commercial customers in Rosehill and Smithfield, including Rosehill Gardens, Visy Paper, Boral and James Hardie.
