Moorebank. Logistics company leases

Clemenger Internationmal Logistics has taken three-year lease on 6670 square metres, at Moorebank, for $784,000. The A-grade industrial building has good access to the M5 and M7. The company had been looking in the Prestons and Moorebank area for five months, according to The Australian Financial Review

Oatlands. $1.3 million DA

Parramatta City Council has received a DA from the Altus Group Consulting Pty Ltd, for alterations and additions to “War Memorial Building Burnside”, at 96 Pennant Hills Road, Oatlands. The estimated cost: $1.3 million.

Bankstown. $6.9 million investment

Sydney Water has invested $6.9 million to upgrade a 2.1 kilometre section of the Canterbury Bankstown Submain, which extends between High Street, Canterbury and Unwin Street, Earlwood. The Canterbury Bankstown Submain was built between 1919 and 1927, and carries wastewater from Belfield through to Arncliffe and the Malabar Wastewater Treatment Plant.
