Regents Park. Creation of 75 jobs

Specialist electronics company, Thomas Electronics, has officially opened a new, 5500-square-metre operating facility at Regents Park, which will support future growth and the creation of up to 75 jobs over the next five years. The company is gearing up for significant growth in defence and commercial aerospace-related business. Thomas Electronics has representatives in the United Kingdom, United States, Japan and Singapore to help service its global customer base and target international work


Parramatta. Roof top dining

Parramatta-based Dyldam Developments Pty Ltd has lodged a DA with Parramatta City Council for alterations and additions to a heritage listed building, on the north-east corner of Church and Phillips streets, in the Parramatta CBD, including fitout and use of the first floor as a restaurant, creation of a roof top terrace including access stair and vergola, and works to the ground floor to facilitate access to the first floor.
