Landsdowne. Nightclub site sold for $1.34m

The former Skelseys nightclub site, at Landsdowne, in south-west Sydney, was sold for $1.34m, as part of more than $18.7 million worth of NSW property sold under the hammer or beforehand, at a CB Richard Ellis auction. CBRE said 22 contracts were issued for the nightclub site.
