Strathfield. $55 million proposal

A proposal for the redevelopment of the Australian Catholic University, at Strathfield, includes building envelopes between two and fours storeys in height, on-site car parking in basement and at ground level, improved access arrangements, pedestrian linkages throughout the campus, and consolidation of student and staff numbers and hours of operation. Estimated cost: $55 million.
