Rydalmere. Dexus buys property

The Dexus Wholesale Property Fund has acquired an industrial portfolio for $231 million from the Colonial Direct Property Investment Fund. The portfolio, made up of 13 properties, includes the Cumberland Green industrial park, in South Street, Rydalmere.
