Parramatta. Council calls for EOI

Parramatta City Council has called for expressions of interest for potential members to join its design excellence advisory panel to provide independent expert advice and expertise on urban design, architecture, landscape architecture, art and sustainability within Parramatta. Council is also seeking EOI in the provision of advertising services on the infrastructure of council.

Parramatta. EOI for services on the foreshores

Parramatta City Council has called for expressions on interest for the provision of small watercraft, kiosk/mobile vending carts and an outdoor cinema in the Parramatta River foreshores precinct, in the CBD.

Parramatta. EOI in leagues clus property

The Parramatta Leagues Club has a 2420-square-metre corner block, opposite the club, up for auction on October 12. A DA has been approved for the construction of three office buildings, car park and the restoration of two existing cottages. Laing and Simmons Parramatta Commercial said the block has potential for further residential development.

Parramatta. EOI on three CBD properties

Knight Frank has called for expressions of interest on three properties in prominent locations in the CBD. One – 93 George Street, with a building area of 7167 square metres, 74 per cent occupied by the NSW Government, and an estimated net income of $2.27 million Two – 80 George Street, with a 97 per cent occupancy, has a building area of 8150 square metres and an estimated net income of $2.85 million. Three – 108 Church Street, 70 per cent occupied by the NSW Government, has a building area of 4100 square metres, and an estimated net income of over $1 million. EOI close on March 26.
