Parramatta. $65 million office building in CBD

Eureka 2 Project 10 proposes the construction of a 58-metre high commercial office tower on a vacant 3656-square-metre site, in CBD's corporate precinct. The 14-storey building, at 109-113 George Street, with frontages also to Argus Lane and Union Street, has a gross floor area of 24,129 square metres and footplates of 1500 square metres. It would contain 13 floors of commercial office space, ground floor café and up to six retail tenancies, with basement parking for 147 vehicles. It will also include 71 secure bicycle spaces plus 29 publicly available spaces. The estimated cost of construction is $65 million.

Eureka 2 Project 10 Pty Limited has lodged an application for the construction of a $65 million, 14-storey commercial office tower comprising two basement carparking levels, ground floor cafe and up to six retail tenancies with associated site works and landscaping, on a vacant site at 109 113 George Street.
