Parramatta. OK for $65m office tower

Eureka 2 Project 10 Pty Limited's proposal to construct a 14-storey commercial office tower, at 109 George Street, in the eastern precinct of the CBD, has received council’s approval. It will comprise two basement car parking levels for 147 vehicles, ground floor cafe and up to six retail tenancies, with associated site works and landscaping, The estimated cost of construction is $65 million.

Eureka 2 Project 10 Pty Limited proposes the construction of a 14 storey commercial office tower comprising two basement car parking levels for 147 vehicles, ground floor cafe and up to six retail tenancies, with associated site works and landscaping, at 109 George Street, in the eastern precinct of the CBD. The estimated cost of construction is $65 million. Parramatta City Council will consider a recommendation for approval at its meeting on April 14.
