Parramatta. EOI on twin-tower project

Expressions of interest have been called for a DA-approved project, at 9 Hassall Street, adjacent to the Greek Orthodox Church, in the Parramatta CBD. The project includes 141 units plus two commercial/retail suites, in 21-level twin towers. Seventy-eight units have been pre-sold totalling $37.80M approximately, according to Colliers International. Parramatta. Project increase to 21 storeys

An application has been made to Parramatta City Council for alterations and additions to an approved 17-storey, mixed-use development, at 9 Hassall Street, Parramatta. Alterations include the construction of four additional residential levels bringing the total number to 21 storeys, containing 23 additional apartments, bringing the total to 421.
