Parramatta. Review appeal refused

Parramatta City Council has refused Southern Cross Enterprises Group’s Section 82A Review seeking approval for the demolition of the existing heritage-listed former church hall, restoration of the heritage-listed St Peters Uniting, on the corner of Palmer and Church streets, Parramatta, as well as its use as a restaurant and construction of a 13 storey hotel over basement car parking for 20 vehicles.

Parramatta. CBD hotel application refused

An application by Southern Cross Group has been refused for the demolition of the existing heritage listed hall and the restoration of the heritage-listed St Peters Uniting Church, at 356 Church Street, for use as a restaurant/bar and construction of a 13-storey hotel, containing 50 hotel rooms, conference facilities, gym, pool, & bar over basement car parking for 54 vehicles.
