Hoxton Park. Large industrial project

A positive story for the south-west industrial market over the past 12 months has been the success of Mirvac’s Hoxton Distribution Park at the former Hoxton Park Airport. The Hoxton Distribution Park is one of Australia’s largest industrial developments and consists of two state-of-the-art logistics facilities which have been 100 per cent pre-leased to Woolworths Limited, according to Collier Sydney Industrial Report for the second term 2011.

Hoxton Park. Half stake in $200m centre

The Australian Financial Review reports that the UK, Avia Investors, will acquire, today, a half stake in the Mirvac Group’s flagship $200 million distribution centre, at Hoxton Park, which comprises two distribution centres fully pre-leased to Woolworths. The deal could include smaller Mirvac’s assets in Huntingwood, Minchinbury and Villawood.

Hoxton Park. Mirvac proposals for aerodrome

Mirvac Projects Pty Ltd proposes to redevelop part of the former Hoxton Park Aerodrome for industrial purposes. The company proposes to establish a warehouse facility for Big W. The project includes: construction and operation of a 89,000 square meter warehouse; and associated infrastructure. Mirvac also proposes to establish a Dick Smith warehouse facility, which includes: construction and operation of a 38,880 square metre warehouse during Stage 1 and construction and operation of a 40 metre wide and 37 metre high bay extension during Stage 2; and associated infrastructure. The Department of Planning has both proposals on public exhibition
