Box Hill. Plan on exhibition

The NSW Department of Planning and Infrastructure is inviting public comment on the draft Precinct Planning Package for the Box Hill and Box Hill Industrial Precincts. Box Hill is around 764 hectares and is expected to accommodate around 10,000 dwellings in the North West Structure Plan. A town centre will support the precinct which will have a population of about 28,000 people. The plan proposes new planning controls and outlines the provision of new infrastructure for the Box Hill and Box Hill Industrial Precincts in the North West Growth Centre. The plan is on public exhibition until Nov14.
