Fairfield. Site sold for $1.4 million

A vacant restaurant and function centre, formerly traded as the Monte Carlo Reception Centre, in Ware Street, Fairfield has sold for $1.425 million The property, which, was sold by divisional director Robert Lowe and sales executive Nathan Michael, of Savills Australia, was sold at an auction by Savills Australia under instruction from Ernst & Young. The property, located in the main retail strip, is next to a car park and near Fairfield railway station and bus station.

Oxley Park. Site sold for $585,000

Colpani Constructions has purchased a 2188-square-metre site, at Oxley Park, for $585,000, in a mortgagee sale. Curtis Field, national director, of residential site development, and Jonathon Canavan, executive, of residential site development, at Colliers International, sold the site, at 68-70 Brisbane Street.
