Smeaton Grange. Multi-purpose property sold

A property in Smeaton Grange’s industrial zone, previously owned by Alive Church Incorporated and used as a multi-purpose sports/recreational centre, has been sold at auction for $2.52 million to an undisclosed buyer. The property fell into the hands of receivers PPB in November 2010. The property consists of a 3000-plus square-metre warehouse on 12,490 square metres of land and is flanked by industrial heavyweights Onesteel, Bridgestone and Coles Myer. Knight Frank helped broker the deal.
