Parramatta. One to expand, another for sale

Inside Outside Restaurant, in Phillip Street, has lodged a DA with Parramatta City Council to increase hours of operation, Monday to Saturday, from8.00am to 2.00am, and increase in number of staff to accommodate the use of the premises for the sale of alcohol without consuming a meal. Opposite the restaurant, the sale has been re-advertised of the freehold of Barnaby’s Riverside Restaurant, seeking offers above $3 million.
