Liverpool. Proposed rezoning

The public exhibition period for the rezoning of the former Liverpool Council chambers has closed. If adopted, the proposed rezoning would see the southern portion of the Hoxton Park site change from an infrastructure zoning to public recreation and enterprise. This means the site could be developed for residential or commercial purposes.

Liverpool. Site rezoning proposal

Liverpool City Council proposes to rezone its former administration offices on Hoxton Road to an enterprise corridor to provide redevelopment opportunities. Due to its size may be appropriate for a mix of uses such as offices, retail and residential development, and recreation and entertainment facilities. The proposal is on public exhibition until April 10 at council and the Liverpool Library.
