Parramatta. UNE in the CBD

Parramatta City Council has approved the occupation of a heritage-listed two-storey building, at 211 Church Street, formerly Parramatta’s first post office, completed in 1880, and latterly used as a restaurant, by the University of New England (UNE), at Armidale, for use as its Western Sydney FutureCampus to cater to its Western Sydney students.

Parramatta. Educational establishment

MCA Architects has applied to Parramatta City Council to undertake alterations to a heritage-listed, two-storey building at 211 Church Street, in the Parramatta CBD, for its occupation as an educational establishment, which is understood to be the University of New England. Estimated cost of the work $669,900.
