St Marys. Sold for $13.5 million

Station Plaza shopping centre at St Marys has been sold by private company, Playful, to property syndicator, Haben Retail Management, for $13,5 million. Annual income for the centre fully leased is about $1.46 million. The 1174-hectare site, is opposite St Marys station and bus terminal.

St Marys. Property sold for $2.1 million

Knight Frank sold a commercial building in St Marys to family trust, Nodbun Pty Ltd, at an auction for $2.1 million. Located at 109-111 Queen Street, the three-level mixed-use building has been leased to Westpac Bank and Smythe Wozniak Solicitors since construction in 1989. Steg Holding Pty Ltd, an investment company, was the vendor.

St Marys. Multi-level car park at station

The new St Marys 4-storey commuter carpark, north of the station, is expected to be completed by the end of the year. The facility will provide approximately 500 car spaces including additional disabled parking spaces.
